We originally planned for an in-person event - do we need to start from scratch?
No!  Our in-house Event and Video Producers would collaborate with your team to repurpose and reformat as many of your existing event materials.
We have presenters in another city/country, can we include them?
Yes! We can leverage the video conferencing solution of your choice to remotely include presenters from around the world.
How will our audience access the virtual event?

Our team will build and host a custom-branded webpage that will house the entire virtual event experience.  This environment will look and feel like your brand, offering interactive Q&A, social media integration and HD video & audio - all on the web! No new software to install, no new platforms to learn.
